We are using a timed ticketing system to limit the number of guests who can visit the farm at any one time. This system will also allow for contactless entry. Walk-ups may be able to purchase tickets online before entering the farm using a mobile device as long as the admission capacity has not been reached. There will be no admission without a ticket purchased online prior to entry through the Castle Store.

As part of our commitment to the continued well-being of our guests, staff and the animals in our care, and in ongoing efforts to assist our community in preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented enhanced protocols and procedures you will notice during your visit. We are doing all we can to promote a healthy environment, and in doing so, we also rely on you to keep recommended self-care in mind for your safety and the safety of others. Throughout your farm visit, please be mindful of current CDC guidelines and public health recommendations:

  • If you or a member of your party are feeling unwell, please visit us another time. You can exchange your tickets for another day up until the time your visit is scheduled (for example, for a 10 AM ticket, you can exchange for another date and time up until 9:55 AM). You cannot get a refund or an exchange after the time of ticket has passed.
  • Wash your hands often, using soap & water for a minimum of 20 seconds. We have 3 hand washing stations at the farm. If soap & water are not available, the CDC recommends using hand sanitizer. We encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer and use it often. Sanitizer is available at the farm, too.
  • Guests (over the age of 7) are required to wear masks or face coverings.
  • Help us to promote social distancing by remaining at least 6 feet away from others who are not part of your party

No charge for infants under 1 year of age (under 12 months) for admission or Enchanted Express Train ride.
